The hotel exceeded our expectations! It's a hidden gem in the heart of the action with a calm oasis feel. The staff was phenomenal, providing a true 5-star experience. Highly, highly recommended!

Staying at this hotel was an exclusive experience, the luxurious amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre with sauna, steam room, and massage services, were exceptional. the rooftop pool was perfect to relax and sunbathe while enjoying the city view. the location was ideal, central and within walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious and had private facilities, including a lovely bathtub and comfy bed.

Nonetheless, this did not disturb my rest or sleep quality.

We had an really good stay at this hotel. The rooms were amazing, with a lounge living room and even a garden! The hotel facilities were great, especially the lovely pool and spa. The staff were helpful and proud of their facility. The location in the very city center was perfect, with charming shops and restaurants on Rue de Flores. And the breakfast was a feast every day, with a wide variety of delicious options.

We recently stayed at this luxury hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling relaxed and pampered. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were also first-class facilities that we enjoyed daily. the rooftop pool provided stunning views over the surrounding area and was the perfect spot to soak up the sun on comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience with a variety of special diet menus available.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of surfaces in the bathroom area. There was nowhere to rest our phone or toiletries near the toilet, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Luxury structure with attention to every detail. Reasonable price for level of service. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing amenities, including indoor heated pool. Superb breakfast selection.

The elegant rooms offer a beautiful view of the surrounding streets, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Porto. the friendly and responsive staff ensures that guests feel welcome and well taken care of throughout their stay.

Some rooms in the hotel are only accessible via stairs, which may pose a challenge for less mobile guests.

The breakfast was really good with a variety of fresh options including orange juice and made-to-order eggs. The staff was friendly and proud of their hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and the location was ideal. The spa facilities, including the heated indoor pool, sauna, and hammam, were great. a great experience.

There was a lack of surfaces in the bathroom area, making it difficult to place items like phones or toiletries. The dining arrangement felt cramped and could have been expanded to accommodate larger groups comfortably.

They even surprised us with a special gift in honor of our honeymoon! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The hotel's central location made it easily accessible and convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.
